Realtor Policy
Pellis Construction welcomes the cooperation of area Real Estate Agents/Brokers to sell our new construction specs and homes to be built. We agree to pay you a flat fee commission of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) on all qualified Broker – Client Prospects. One half of the commission will be paid at the closing of the lot, and the balance will be paid at the final home closing. To qualify:
- 1. You must be an actively licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker with an active real estate company.
- 2. The prospective Client must not have been previously registered by a representative of Pellis Construction
- 3. You must be procuring cause of the sale by accompanying your Client in person to the sales model and registering them with a Pellis Construction representative, or by filling out the client registration form on our website. Registration includes Client name and contact information.
- 4. You must accompany your client in person to the preliminary meeting with a Pellis Construction representative.
No Broker registration will be accepted after the Client has registered on their own under any circumstance. Pellis Construction will not accept the registration of any previous customers. The buyer must acknowledge that you currently represent them, and that you are procuring the cause of the sale. You must be willing to sign an addendum stating such. You must register your Client for each community or property that your Client may wish to consider. Pellis Construction reserves the right to change or discontinue this Policy at any time without further notice. Your Commission for the registered Client, should they enter into a contract under the terms of the agreement, is acknowledged and protected by this document.
